Dorey Behavioural Services was created by Andrew Dorey, who has spent much of his life working with children, youth, and families in community and support-based settings. His background combines hands-on experience with formal training in behavioural science becoming a behaviour technician. Andrew's experience, led him to recognize a need for more individualized behavioural and life-skills support in the Sussex area.

Andrew founded Dorey Behavioural Services with a straightforward goal: to offer practical, reliable services that genuinely meet the needs of individuals and families. Starting with a small group of clients, the organization grew as professionals began relying on its supportive approach and commitment to quality care.

Today, Dorey Behavioural Services continues to operate with the same purpose it began with—providing meaningful, person-focused support in a safe, welcoming environment.
